FROM Season 4 Episode 6 "The Heart is a Lonely Hunter" Recap - Closer to the Truth

The two-week gap between episode 5 and episode 6 paid off well with episode 6. This episode is good and tight, no fillers or unnecessary scenes. My only issue with season 4 is that there are 4 episodes left and the Man in Yellow arc is still standing without moving forward!! They have promoted that season 4 is about the Man in Yellow, but we've passed half the season already and little about the man in yellow is there!
Jade’s Vision and Boyd's Skepticism

I really don’t get why the people in Fromville don’t even consider supernatural stories or experiences from others! Like, you are all in a supernatural place!!
A bright example of that is Boyd. He kept pushing against Jade's mushroom visions, yet they both agreed to try it and find answers, and once the trip yielded something, he goes back to that rational mind like it is just a hallucination!
But Boyd finally got to check if the door existed, thanks to Father Khatri, and bam, he found it there!
Victor’s Fragility and the Man in Yellow

Victor tried to commit suicide! If not for Boyd, he would have gone through with it, but Boyd came and took him away from it! And then they had a conversation about the Man in Yellow. The interesting part of their conversation is that Victor mentioned that the Man in Yellow arrived in a big brown car, and he knows where it is now. I believe that in the next episode they will go and investigate the car, and they will find the picture of the real Sophia in the car, because I saw a leaked image of Sophia in an old picture circulating in the FROM communities. So maybe that's what they will find in the car, which raises the question: what are they going to do about Sophia once they know about it?!

The Heart Attack
Donna's scene getting a heart attack brought tears to my eyes. For a second, I really thought that's it for Donna, it is a goodbye! Especially after Ethan's goodbye to her. But thank the gods she's alive. It’s really heartwarming to see how Boyd has a strong connection to her. Also, I can’t leave this section without praising Harold Perrineau’s performance during this scene, what a great actor.
Conclusion
This episode focuses on the human side and little to none of the horrors that we're used to. There are things that are unclear that happened in this episode, like what Sophia (the Man in Yellow) did to Henry. I didn’t know what she/he/it was trying to do. And also why the dolls made Roger doll-like to his corpse! Overall, a good episode, but you really expect more in the 6th episode of a 10-episode season, especially for a show like FROM, but I’m not complaining, it is a good episode.
